"Not What But How," a retreat with Cheri
at the Zen Monastery Peace Center When: August 6-13, 2008, Wednesday-Wednesday Retreat Description: The Buddha taught us to live in contemplation of body, feelings, mind, and mind objects as a way to disentangle ourselves from the tendrils of karma and to find liberation. Using the five process tools of beliefs and assumptions, projection, aspects of the personality, disidentification, and centering can make that disentangling not only more manageable, it makes it fun. Join Cheri for one week during the Deepening Practice Retreat at the Zen Monastery Peace Center to explore these tools and to learn how to use them to your best advantage in daily life.
