How To Sign Up for a Retreat
If you would like to attend a retreat, the first step is to submit a Personal Information Form. It is very important that you communicate any special needs and dietary or medical considerations that need to be taken into account to safely accommodate you for a residential retreat. If there is space in the retreat when your Personal Information Form is received, you will receive email instructions for paying the registration pledge. Payment of the registration pledge indicates your commitment to attend and reserves your space in the retreat. If you cancel 5 weeks or more before the retreat begins, your registration pledge minus a $75 administrative fee will be refunded. If you cancel between 3 and 5 weeks before the retreat begins, half of you registration pledge will be refunded. If you cancel less than three weeks before the retreat begins (including if you both sign up and cancel within those three weeks) your registration pledge will not be refunded. Once your registration pledge is received, you will be sent an email confirmation. The confirmation will have details about what to bring, what not to bring, what time to arrive, what time the retreat ends, and other details. Please note that telephones and computers are not used during retreats.
