“Creative Green Sustainability Coaching” offers a process to help us envision the life we want for ourselves and the planet and a means to cultivate the well-being within that can take care of ourselves and the world around us. Creative Green helps people to green their homes, businesses, and lifestyles through workshops and one-on-one coaching, in person or over the phone. If you are genuinely concerned about environmental and personal health, but feel that you are TOO BUSY to take on making changes, or if you feel overwhelmed by all the information "out there" and do not know how to take the next steps, this work will empower you to integrate sustainability into your life and enjoy the process.
Topics for coaching and workshops include:
The Sustainable Kitchen: Cooking for Personal and Planetary Health
The Non-Toxic Home
How to Live Water-Wise
How to Raise Healthy Kids in a Toxic World
How to Transform Environmental Despair into Compassionate Action
Organic Gardening and Permaculture
