Lunch time at the property. The boys from Beatrice's class enjoy their nshima as a group. They love putting their food together and sharing it. In homes here in Kantolomba, people eat together from the same plate as a family.

Jackline stirring the nshima. Here in Kantolomba, this is easy and we are used doing it. In our homes we cook the nshima in smaller pots.

Pauline and Emelda preparing cabbage in readiness for lunch. The cabbage is boiled, then tomatoes and some oil is added. We eat it with the nshima.

Our girls, Loveness, Angela, and Susan, after our usual Saturday meeting. Loveness is going back to her school, where is writing her Grade Nine exams. We wish her all the best!

Our cute little faces of Kantolomba for this week, little Stella and Njavwa from Memory's class.

Onester, our only Grade Seven student of the thirty-five girls in the program. She is writing her national exams this week and we wish her all the best in making it to Grade Eight next year.

Little Bruce singing. He is now in Grade Two at Twatemwa School.

Theresa visited the girls in Luanshya last Saturday afternoon. The girls were so happy to see her, and everyone had a nice time. The girls showed Theresa all the tests they had been doing the past months, and Theresa was impressed that the girls are doing so well in school. Here are Mirriam and Silvia, who are in college.
