What if you could find a way to get past the resistance and suffering and actually attend to what is yours to take care of? And, what if you could enjoy it?
Letting go patterns of resistance is easier said than done. As we discovered in the recent At Home Working Meditation day, “work” can be enjoyable if it is done within a supportive structure where ego isn’t our co-worker! In this workshop we will practice with having the Mentor as our co-worker and see the difference wisdom, love, and compassion bring to the task.
