Email classes are one of the most powerful practice opportunities that Cheri offers. It is a chance to be supported directly in your practice while benefiting from all that Sangha is seeing as they participate with you.

how it works:

•   Register for the email class.
•   Class assignments will be emailed to you twice a week.
•   You do the assignment and email back your experience.
•   Cheri's staff removes all names--anonymity is assured.
•   Cheri responds to each submission.
•   Responses are posted on the web.
