We offer a variety of practice programs, each of which has its own refund policy. Please consult the web pages of specific programs for refund information.
In general, registration pledges are non-refundable once registration for the program closes.
Reflective Listening Buddies requires all new-comers to join a training call. If you miss the call, your registration will be refunded and you will be required to sit the quarter out.
If you are participating in Recording and Listening Training or the Zen Awareness Coaches program, your trainer or coach will give you the refund policy for those programs.
If you have applied to and been accepted for a retreat:
- We will refund the full cost of the retreat minus a $75 application fee if you cancel 5 or more weeks prior to the retreat.
- We will refund one-half of the cost of the retreat minus a $75 application fee if you cancel between 3 to 5 weeks prior to the retreat.
- We will not issue a refund if you cancel less than 3 weeks prior to the retreat.
