Practice Corner

The focus of practice for me is experiencing and expressing gratitude for being alive and walking the path of ending suffering.  Gratitude and love for the Guide and Sangha and the practitioner for which it is possible!  It fills me with joy to have a life that is centered around a practice that trains me to open to all the possibilities that life offers. Opening to the experience of embracing everything in conscious compassionate awareness!

As I write this, I feel the sensations in the body associated with the process.  Breathing, relaxing into the breath, expanding into awareness.

Showing up, saying “yes,” focusing attention on life through sitting meditation, recording/listening practice, participating in as many Sangha offerings as I can.  Feeling the gratitude for the gift of willingness to train.  Being curious, excited, practicing fearlessness, celebrating!  When I get bamboozled, these practices guide me back to thisherenow.  We are fortunate, indeed.

Gassho,
