Join us for an At-Home Working Meditation Retreat. Bring conscious compassionate awareness to your Saturday tasks, with the support of Sangha. Choose something you would like to do or have been putting off: clean your house, cook healthy meals for your week, prepare for your spring planting, etc. The day includes exercises, facilitated group discussions, mindful eating, and designated work periods.
