DESCRIPTION
In this four-week email class, we will be guided to examine the power of beliefs with a view to dismantling how believing beliefs maintains suffering.
The Guide will respond individually to all submissions and we will benefit from the guidance and the perspectives that Sangha brings to this exploration.
