We may be familiar with the various tools and techniques of Recording and Listening. Yes, R/L helps direct attention, but it also deepens our intimacy with Awareness. This class not only provides a review and refresher of R/L techniques, it also provides a structure to train receptivity to Grace.
Through in-class exercises and homework assignments, sharpen, expand and deepen your R/L skills. This class also introduces and explores the tool of Interviewing.
Both old-timers and beginners are welcome.
