Simple practice reminders are tweeted several times a day.
Focusing on the reminder is practice in directing the attention. We stop, drop everything, and get here.
Each time we stop and come back to consciousness, are aware of where we are in time and space, inhabit the body, and feel the breath filling our lungs, we are practicing shifting attention to the life we want—fully alive, here and now.
