As promised in the Guide’s recent blog, this Open Air-esque radio show is for anyone interested in getting into the best shape they can possibly be in. We all need support to keep our commitments to take care of ourselves. Whatever it is that you are attempting to accomplish--recover from an illness or injury, deal with chronic pain, eat healthy, get stronger, build energy, go to bed earlier--this is where we will support one another to follow through in making a change for good.
