For those who loved At-Home Working Meditation retreats, here is a similar offering with a twist! This workshop, the second in a series, offers an introduction to the art of vegetarian cooking through step-by-step preparation of a simple, tasty and nourishing meal. A recipe and shopping list will be provided. Accomplished cooks in Sangha will be on hand to answer questions. More experienced cooks may discover a new favorite recipe or cooking tip.
Relax into a nourishing time for body, mind and spirit as we mindfully prepare a meal together, enjoy being supported by the wisdom and generosity of plants, and process our experience in group.
In this workshop we will be experimenting with Mexican flavors and an enchilada recipe.
